This is a scrapbook just for testing purposes (Something for arcade)
here is a link of one of my projects (github.com/Aryankpoor/metamorpheus)
This scrapbook is not project specific. I am just posting my remaining sessions as I will be busy with the fraud team and review team till end of arcade. Cant share the second projects link as the data might be private and I havent gotten approval yet lol. This is the second project till then: github.com/Aryankpoor/Py-projects/blob/master/adventure/adventure2.py .
This is a test scrapbook to see whether I receive pings for approval/rejection of sessions. If you review my scrapbook , make sure to ping me . meanwhile here is my portfolio website. github.com/aryankpoor/aryankpoor.github.io
This scrapbook is actually not related to a single project, it's actually related to 3-4 projects I completed over the past week. Some of them include making frontend for a book store website, making a python program which scrapes a url for images , I call it an image scraper. (Followed a tutorial for that ). Also made a PCB for onBoard and opened a PR , which got accepted and I got my grant!!!. Had been working on an issue with the blot repo but somebody opened a PR which got accepted before me, so I guess that worked out well (for the repository ofcourse). Also fixed some bugs in the metamorpheus repository.metamorpheus.vercel.app is the live project link. github.com/Aryankpoor/metamorpheus is the github link.
Released the beta test version for my arcade ai assistant a while ago. its an arcade themed app. Currently only open for Computer not for mobile . I have made it using gemini api. its at metamorpheus.vercel.app . Lets see how it goes. the github repo is github.com/Aryankpoor/metamorpheus
A year ago I found out about a github repo called One page html challenge by metroxe , in the repo you had to create a website purely using html, css , js all in one file less than 1mb. Without using modules , or frameworks or api requests, or import statements etc. So I finally decided to give some time towards a project I had been ignoring for the past 1 year , as the fork was just sitting there in my github. (Talk about procastination). So as part of my arcade grind I created a solar system purely out of html and css , not even SCSS. Can you believe it?. Each planet even has different speed based on real life, like mars would slower than earth and mercury will be faster than venus etc. I ahve opened the pull request , although the source repo looks kinda inactive. This is the link to the forked repo while <https://aryankpoor.github.io/vid-aud-convertor/|This >is the link to the live project
Completed the ui of my gemini like ai assistant. Now on to adding the functionality in the assistant. I was thinking of using the gemini API as it is free and it would be really cool to have my own(one which I made) web based AI assistant . Github link: github.com/Aryankpoor/core-assistant
I have finally finished my terminal tic tac toe game in which you can play pvp or pve or even watch eve . I was watching a tutorial of tic tac toe and then I decided to add a little twist to it. I have posted it on github github.com/Aryankpoor/Py-projects
Few days ago I started watching python tutorials and coding projects starting from absolutely basic to advance level. I created a repo as part of arcade to store all these projects for everybody to see. I am happy to say I have completed over 45+ projects in that repo which are all single file projects. It contains resources very useful for daily life such youtube video downlaoder, qr code generator, internet connection checker, billing system. I am planning to upload projects on it as I go everyday so I don't know whether it counts as a finished project or not . Anybody with a good project can contribute to this repo. So far only I have contributed the 46 projects , hopefully if more people do, it will become a really good resource for people to build and learn from actually real life problem solving projects . github link: github.com/Aryankpoor/Py-projects
Finished a repository full of small python projects. Some of these projects are really useful. Including typing speed tester and nba code tracker while others are fun such as rock paper scissors game, turtle racing, and slots machine(I do not endorse gambling). But the highlight of them all is the Youtube video downloader. It just asks you to give the youtube video url and choose save location and voila, you have downloaded the youtube video. Download time depends entirely on your internet connection and the size and length of the video. It uses youtube module of python. I will be releasing a .exe version of the app on python so that everybody can use it. This is the repo link, feel free to contribute any python project :github.com/Aryankpoor/Py-projects
Day 20 in arcade and I finally finished my full stack ecommerce website.Made it in Mern stack . Encountered many errors but got around to fix them thanks to stackoverflow and @Map. The finished project is at github here: github.com/Aryankpoor/secondhand . There are still some errors I have to get around to fixing but I am proud of this project . I have spent around 90 arcade hours on this. #ship
Completed my portfolio website. I was actually working on a full stack ecommerce website for the last two weeks. Recently encountered an error which I am not able to solve so as a part time I created a full responsive portfolio website which turns out I have decided to be my new portfolio website. It has a contact me form which also has backend and uses a website called formbackend.com . I have hosted it using github pages . It uses minimal javascript just for a dropdown menu but uses a lot of CSS. github repo: github.com/Aryankpoor/Aryankpoor.github.io website link: Aryankpoor.github.io
Finished making my ecommerce site completely responsive. It is responsive for all dimensions 1280px to 500px i.e laptop to phone. Earlier I had finished the front end of the website . There were some deployment issues with github pages so I have decided to go with the nest hosting that hack club provides. I haven't received the approval message yet so waiting on that . In the meantime I will be working on the admin dashboard and after that I will be able to move forward with the backend. I am developing the ecommerce website using MERN stack. I will be using google cloud console for login and mongo DB for database. The github repo link is this github.com/Aryankpoor/secondhand . Also encountered a big useState error in javascript which @Map solved. Couldn't have gone forward with the development of the website without him
#ship Finished my to do list today. Its called Slugger . Took me 2 days to make it . this is the github link: github.com/Aryankpoor/to-do-list . I have hosted it using netlify at slugger.netlify.app . Although I am looking to host it using hackclub's nest . Anyways please do check it out. I have made it using react. Heres what it looks like.
Finally I have completed the homepage of my ecommerce website project . I have hosted it on github pages.I am facing some errors so I am thinking of hosting it using netlify instead. Its a full stack website although after a week of coding I have finally completed the front end for the homepage .I havent started the backend yet. Im still new and there are some errors I have to get around to fixing like If you visit the site, the website is not visible at first unless you click on shop. And if you click on shop again it just redirects you to my portfolio website which I have also hosted using github pages which is prolly why this error is coming. If anybody can point out any other errors it would be really helpful. Also if anybody can help me with these errors it would be really appreciated (Cause I am going for the macbook) . Anyways here is the link to the github repo: github.com/Aryankpoor/secondhand and here is the link to the website : aryankpoor.github.io/secondhand . It is mainly a clothing brand website.
Today I finally completed the front end for the home page of my ecommerce website project which looks something like this. I am yet to add the front end for the other pages and the backend. The github repo for the project is available here: github.com/Aryankpoor/secondhand
I am finally finished with my arduino projects . This is the finished repository github.com/Aryankpoor/Arduino-Projects . Initially I had just posted the code on github but now I have also upload schematics and required materials. It contains a total of 10 beginner projects using arduino and breadboard. Please do check it out.
#ship Finally completed my 10 arduino projects. Been working on them for the last 5 days. Have not uploaded the schematics and images yet but have uploaded the code on a github repository. Here is a link of the repository: github.com/Aryankpoor/Arduino-Projects
Day 5 of Making ecommerce site. Found out that if you create next.js project using react-router dom you dont get pages folder and a couple other things making it difficult to use api for admin auth . Solved the problem in this issue: github.com/Aryankpoor/secondhand/issues/1.
Made an LED chaser with arduino. Took me 3 sessions to finish it. Here's the final thing
Day 5 .Completed my arduino dice. Here's the video of it. Used 220ohm resistors so that all LEDs glow bright. Used a push button but one can use a switch as wellDay 4 one ground port of my Arduino stopped working, wasted my 15 mins on realising what was the mistake. Everything else looks good and the code ran without errors
Removed the unnecessary LED. Also I finished writing the Arduino a code. All that's left for me to do is upload the code to Arduino and connect it to the board
Day 4 started working on a random number generator using Arduino. Still trying to work around the code that I will do in the next session
Made the same circuit except used switch as I couldn't find metal wires and used single transistor and connected it's emmiter to the 6v power supply through a resistor and removed the second transistor
Made a touch based LED flower on breadboard. Used 2 transistors , one 330 ohm resistor and a 1 k ohm resistor. Connected the emkttor of first transistor to base of second. Just require two metallic connectors to complete the circuit
DAY 3 and today I built a simple LDR circuit on breadboard. The transistor is set in forward bias with the LED or the load attached to the first pin of the transistor , common point between resistor and LDR to the base and the third pin to the negative terminal of battery. I have used 1k ohm resistor which increases the LDR sensitivity. As the brightness of light changes the LED also starts glowing.
Learned how to use PWM pins in arduino. watched a 2 hour long video online on how there are different types of Arduino. I have Arduino Uno. Now I will learn coding in arduino IDE and upload it to the board on COM 3 port
Getting started with arduino
Deployed the unbuilt website on github pages domain to check the website in real time
Updated navbar components and linked assets to the navbar.jsx file
