@EliD0I found my dad's old iPod 4th gen. The hard drive died and you can’t use an iPod with Apple Music so I am going to put an ESP32 in it. It turns out the click wheel works pretty well diy projects with the use of an FPC breakout board. My plan is to find an LCD that fits in the frame window, and an ESP board with a battery charger circuit build in.
