The reminders and the after! My just a bit janky all in one PC to external monitor is completed! If I ever need it in the future I could expand the capabilities with the webcam, CD drive, and speakers (I technically only need to plug in - since the board I use already has an internal speaker header)! Technically it is a touchscreen, but I still need to figure out how to make it work (drivers). Welcome to the family, fourth monitor!
LETS GOOOO S/MIME is woking!!!!! (so now every email I use is now getting S/MIME AND openPGP) (btw there are actually places where you can get free S/MIME certificates - I would never pay for that)

Sketchy, but it works! After months of waiting for the parts (realising that I missed the power supply I thought I had - so even more waiting), dismounting a stuff, only realising after that I could access the port just from above, my all in one to external monitor is (almost) finished! Just need to cover it up, figure out how to make the touch work (maybe it works with windows, idk - or with the driver I found somewhere?) and then I can start using it! (P. S.: if I needed it I could still add the integrated speakers and the CD drive)
Finally continued my project of turning an old all in one into an external (touchscreen) monitor! The parts are now ordered. (Picture after re-assembling the frame, where under it was the product number od the panel)
