i've spent some time tweaking the gradients and adding the rest of the content to the page. still looking for feedback. thanks :)
designed this today, looking for some feedback. idk if it's a bit too much gradient or not.
also first scrap in a while. :D
just submited my #onboard pull request!
day 3 of whatever you wanna call this! i added some neat little textures to everything which really makes it look wayy better. i also added some lines to show the orbit paths of the planets. and, the best bit, i got hover animations working after alot of smashing my head into my desk (litterally). raycasts were being annoying but its working now. yay. dont mind the fact that they broke at the end of the vid tho. gonna add some stars to the background of the solar systems next and maybe make it responsive. please suggest ideas if u have any. (also obs cut off the top little bit of the recording for some reason, there is a title and stuff too for the hud)day two of making my little galaxy portfolio website. (its not very little) and i managed to get the overlay working and it shows info about the planet and solar systems you click on and allows you to travel around the galaxy between solar systems and planets. it still needs alot of polish and once i've polished up the ui a bit ill start working on getting some proper textures on the planets and real data in there. all of this has been suprisingly simple considering how complex it sounds.i've decided to make a new portfolio. its gonna be a 3d solar galaxy with multiple solar systems where each solar system is a type of project and then each planet within that solar system is a project. (that's a mouthful) so far ive managed to make some orbiting planets around a sun and a galaxy system with multiple solar systems. it's not interactive yet, but it imports everything from a json file which is neat.
just got my sprig!
re printed the donut but bigger and it looks wayy better now. it was much tastier too! 😋 😋
today i decided to try using onshape to model my golf courses (since im more familiar with it) rather than blender (which was annoying me) and it turned out pretty good. I just need to see how I can import this into unity now..
just tried 3d printing my blender donut. it didn’t come out the best since it was so small but i might try reprint it a bit bigger another time
Just finished making some additional music for the bossfight of my sprig game! Check it out: (skip to 38s in the video for the fight/new music)
Github: github.com/Itz-Hex/TLoZ-LinksEscape
Itch: itzhex.itch.io/the-legend-of-zelda-links-escapeyesterday i updated my sprig game and now, there's a bossfight when you reach a score greater than forty. check it out on my itch: itzhex.itch.io/the-legend-of-zelda-links-escape (the sprig page isn't working currently). if you just want to see the bossfight, there's some variables that you can comment and uncomment at the top of the script to make the bossfight happen earlier. video is at 2x speed and audio is mutedyesterday i made a coookie in blender. 🍪yesterday i thought i'd actually learn some blender, instead of just winging it, so I made my first donut. here's the result: any feedback would be much appreciated. :)
did you know that super moon was tonight? i didnt until i looked outside (rare event) and managed to get a pretty decent look at it. here’s some of the better (still pretty bad) pics through my telescope.
just spent the past few hours trying to figure out blender and managed to make these for my golf game. i've still got some work to do with the colours and textures but for now, this will do.
